This LOADSTAR SCORF conveyor belt is manufactured by U.S. Rubber Corporation for demanding agriculture and grain handling facilities. Built with a 2-ply Poly/Nylon carcass rated at 220 PIW, it delivers excellent dimensional stability, impact resistance, and long service life. Engineered with static conductive, oil resistant, and flame retardant construction, it is well suited for conveying grain, seed, and agricultural products. The belt features a 0.1875" top cover and a 0.0625" bottom cover, optimized for continuous operation in harsh industrial environments. This construction meets ASTM D-378 flame-retardant requirements and OSHA grain-handling safety standards.
