This HEATGUARD 400 conveyor belt is manufactured by U.S. Rubber Corporation for demanding foundry, power generation, and high-temperature processing. Built with a 2-ply Poly/Nylon carcass rated at 220 PIW, it delivers excellent dimensional stability, impact resistance, and long service life. Engineered with high heat resistance, it is well suited for conveying hot ash, coke, slag, and foundry sand in applications requiring continuous service temperatures up to 400°F. The belt features a 0.1875" top cover and a 0.0625" bottom cover, optimized for continuous operation in harsh industrial environments.
