This LOADSTAR G1 conveyor belt is manufactured by U.S. Rubber Corporation for demanding aggregate, mining, quarrying, and heavy-duty material handling. Built with a 3-ply Poly/Nylon carcass rated at 330 PIW, it delivers excellent dimensional stability, impact resistance, and long service life. Engineered with premium abrasion resistance with superior resistance to cutting, gouging, and tearing, it is well suited for conveying heavy slab ores, quartz, trap rock, granite, glass cullet, and ballast. The belt features a 0.1875" top cover and a 0.0625" bottom cover, optimized for continuous operation in harsh industrial environments.
